The mission of our Deaf Catholic Training Institutes of the Deaf Youth Catholic Initiative of the Americas (DCYIA) is to provide interpreters and Pastoral Agents with training, tools, and resources they need to provide Deaf Catholic people with full access to the Catholic Church

Es la visión del Instituto de Educación Permanente de DCYIA que todas las personas Sordas católicas, a través de su llamado bautismal, tengan acceso completo a la Iglesia Católica, ya sea directamente en lengua de señas o a través de un intérprete de lengua de señas.

It is the vision of the Deaf Catholic Training Institutes DCYIA that all Deaf Catholic people, through their Baptismal calling, have full access to the Catholic Church, whether directly in sign language or through a sign language interpreter.
